Twitter Giveaway! Artifacts Cycle I - A Magic: The Gathering Omnibus

Anyone can win!

Twitter Giveaway

I didn't create this site to bash on Magic books. This site was created to celebrate the rich and flavorful Magic: The Gathering universe that we all love, but fate decided otherwise. My first chapter by chapter Read Through was for what ended up being the worst book I have ever read. If this was anyone's first time exploring beyond the cards, listen to me, I assure you that Scars of Mirrodin: The Quest for Karn is absolutely not reflective of the quality of plenty of the Magic novels of the past.

To help counterbalance what I hope is the darkest moment in Magic novelizatoin, I'm going to be giving away one copy of Artifacts Cycle I - A Magic: The Gathering Omnibus. This book collects the two best Magic novels I have read to date, The Thran by J. Robert King and The Brothers' War by Jeff Grub.

Want to read for yourself how Yawgmoth the Ineffable rose to power and became the Father of Machines? Want to witness how a falling out between the two brothers Urza and Mishra escalated into a war that devastated all of Dominaria? Well you're in luck!

To be eligible for a random drawing for a brand new Artifacts Cycle I - A Magic: The Gathering Omnibus, tweet or RT the following tweet by Wednesday, May 25th:

#Giveaway! @mtgfiction To celebrate Magic fiction, RT to be eligible for a copy of the Artifacts Cycle I novel http://t.co/fGkK6hV #mtg
- @mtgfiction

Help me fix the karmic balance of this site. I've shared the worst Magic has to offer, and now one lucky person can experience (or re-experience) the best.

(Everyone else will just have to wait, I'll get to those books eventually. Or go ahead and treat yourself , I won't stop you.)

The drawing will take place on Thursday, May 26th. The winner will be announced both through twitter and on this site.

And this should be obvious, but... To be able to claim the prize, the winner will have to supply me with an address for the book to be shipped to. If there is no response within 24 hours of announcing the winner, another winner will be chosen. Good luck!
